Givers of stories and ideas so powerful, no force on earth can stop their resonance.

Rhonda Merrick is founder and co-director of KATFM CIC and Ashford Arts Centre. This video, narrated by Derek Sivers illustrates her leadership style.  This movement would not have been possible without the first followers who braved a new ideal of having arts centres set up and run by the artists in residence for the benefit of small businesses in the creative and performing arts. The idea has gained momentum because crowds emulate the followers, not the leader.
